Job Title: HR Data Insights & Systems Specialist
Salary: £45,000pa
Location: Remote, UK
JGA are partnered with an exciting professional services business seeking an HR Data Insights & Systems Specialist. We are looking for a candidate with strong HR Data, Reporting and Analytics skills, as well as an ability to support on HRIS processes.
This business are going through an HRIS implementation so process improvement and project work will be important.
Responsibilities:
* Owning all people reporting requirements.
* Providing HR data reporting and analysis.
* Defining, implementing and leading on data management.
* Identifying opportunities for insights improvement.
* Acting as a key user for HR Data.
* Working with HRIS Manager to monitor performance of their HR System and acting as the point of contact for escalations.
Skills required:
* Experience developing MI reports and working with complex HR Data.
* Strong knowledge of SQL.
* Highly competent and advanced Excel user.
* Desirable: experience with Dayforce.
* Desirable: experience working in an M&A environment.
