What you will be doing
In this role at Potters Bar, a service for young people and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorders, each day brings different challenges and experiences. Working alongside the reception team, your key responsibilities will be welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner, coordinating the office diary for meetings and events, and efficiently handling telephone calls, emails, and post.
Ensuring the safety and security of service users, staff, and visitors is a top priority. You’ll oversee visitor sign-ins, conduct security checks, and manage the distribution of keys and security badges.

As a Receptionist you will be
* Welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner and ensuring they sign the visitor book.
* Maintaining the upkeep of the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure they are presentable.
* Managing the office diary for meetings, events, training days, and therapy sessions.
* Ensuring confidentiality and security for the service.
* Receiving and dealing with telephone calls, emails, and post.
* Ensuring all appropriate leaflets and brochures are on display.

* GCSE English Language Grade C or above.

Join the team at Potters Bar Clinic providing care for young people and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorders in an established 24-hour care environment. The CAMHS Tier 4 Low Secure services are for young people aged 13–18.
Potters Bar Clinic is located in a residential area, only one minute drive from the M25 and a short bus ride from Potters Bar Train Station, with a bus stop right outside, making it an easy commute for most.
