They have a very talented Superstar sales team in their own office in Stockport. The team want a Junior Sales Executive they can bring on and develop – and they have a great plan to do this You will have three months doing sales admin to learn about the company, their products and their clients then you will start to do your own sales and have your own clients – earning bonus as you do. It is like an enhanced apprenticeship Who Will You Be? You will be enthusiastic, outgoing with a passion for sales and a drive to excel in dynamic team. No Wallflowers here With a good background in Sales Admin or Sales Support you will be eager to learn the business and in 3 months start selling and earning – learning and growing as you do. And a dog lover – the office dog is a key team member So what will you be doing in your first 3 months? Engaging with customers via email or phone to process orders and answer queries, ensuring a positive sales experience. The devil is in the detail so make sure there’s accuracy in orders and invoices, maintaining customer satisfaction and trust. Proactively reach out to clients to gather missing information or provide updates, fostering strong customer relationships. Investigating and resolving issues with dispatched orders, ensuring timely solutions to keep sales on track. Supporting the Field Sales teams and assist in onboarding new customers, following up leads to contribute to our sales growth. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records to ensure data integrity and facilitate seamless sales processes. Assisting in pricing orders and managing stock supply when needed, ensuring smooth sales operations. Stepping in to manage workloads when an account manager is on leave, ensuring continuous sales support. Developing insightful monthly sales reports to guide strategic decisions and drive sales performance. Communicating valuable customer feedback to the team for continuous improvement and enhanced sales strategies. Loging leads and issue credits to streamline sales processes and support sales goals. And most of all: Learning sales from some of the best in the business You will bring A proactive, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality with a passion for sales. Being a dedicated team player with excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Effective time management and task prioritisation to meet customer needs and sales goals. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while collaborating with sales teams, customer service, and other departments.
