Supporting one of our international clients in Global Corporate functions, this is a hugely exciting opportunity for a Senior HR BP looking to broaden and develop their experiences further.
Reporting into the Head of HR for Corporate functions based in Bristol, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to own and implement a hugely engaging and impactful people strategy.
Naturally, you will have flexibility to work in a hybrid way, with 3 or 4 days from home if desired.
Working within the Senior Functional Leadership team and as a key member of the UK HR management team for a key business group, you will play a key role in this significant development programme, defining new operating structures and supporting the wider Group in delivering change. This is not a day-to-day standard BP role. Some key accountabilities will include:

The successful candidate will be an existing international HR Business Partner with a highly commercial multinational business where you are used to working within a moderately complex matrix.
Your behaviours and values will be what deliver your success, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate strategic content into deliverable business outcomes.
Supporting a period of change and continuous improvement, you will work with the Group Functional VP and their senior leadership team to develop and implement the progressive people strategy.
Experience within a large international business/function will be essential.
The business is dynamic, changeable, and fast-paced. You will be an individual who is used to working with some ambiguity and who is both challenging and used to challenge in an open forum and positive way.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Influences business strategy providing highly relevant insight into workforce and culture, and translates the business strategy into People Strategies engaging with your wider HR colleagues and community where appropriate, whilst building strong relationships with the COEs and HR Operational Services to leverage their expertise and support to help implement the people strategies and plans.
2. Provide Leadership, facilitate change, and identify opportunities to unlock business value as well as act as a member of relevant leadership teams.
3. Support the rollout of Global policies and frameworks around Talent & Succession Management, Connected Performance, Organisation Effectiveness, Organisational Health reviews, etc.
4. Work with senior leaders to support the rollout and embedding of strategic initiatives.
5. Working with the Head of HR Shared Services for Europe, the role will be responsible for managing, cascading, and monitoring all Global processes as well as guiding and coaching Senior Leaders.
You will demonstrate:
1. Excellent stakeholder management skills, quickly building rapport and trust across all stakeholder levels across multinational European locations.
2. Ability to translate business strategy into people strategy along with excellent influencing skills to enable you to deliver through others to support the implementation of HR strategy.
3. Strong Leadership, Communication, and Change Management skills along with experience in Strategic workforce planning.
4. Ability to coach and influence senior managers to enable a high-performance culture.
5. Evidence of working in a global matrix organisation and understanding of business complexities.
6. Ability to analyse and interpret data for insight and storytelling to inform data-led decision making.
