Job Description:
(Main Duties and Responsibilities)
Provide administrative support to managers and teams, including scheduling, managing calendars, and organising meetings.
Develop and manage business accounts to enhance sales of SaaS Infinity’s business products and services.
Assume responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of multiple business accounts.
Manage teams and communicate with customers to resolve their complaints.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Attend business meetings to present reports and presentations.
Assist in planning company events, meetings, and conferences.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Respond to internal and external enquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication.
Contribute to the development of administrative policies.
Adapt to evolving business needs and handle special projects as assigned.
Perform and/or supervise general accounting and administrative duties.
Desirable:
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and relevant software.
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
Working in payment industry and IT services and solutions (preferred).

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Experience:
Relevant Industry experience minimum 1 year.
English Knowledge Requirement:
Candidates must prove that they can read, write, speak, and understand English to at least level B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale.
