AFRY Management Consulting is looking for people with an interest in the Polish energy market to join our team of energy market consultants. We are recruiting for experienced consultants at our Senior Consultant grade to join our existing UK (Oxford or London) based Polish market team.
You will support AFRY’s consulting and business development activities in the Polish market for a wide range of clients including major financial investors, utilities, developers, government and regulatory bodies.
We are looking for experienced consultants who are enthusiastic and passionate. It would be great if you had some of the following skills:
* Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis, including statistics, and the ability to pay attention to detail and use MS Excel proficiently.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others within a project team and wider office environment.
* Ability to explain complex information in a clear and logical way in English using both Word and PowerPoint.
* Ability to think independently, be pro-active, and have a business-oriented mindset.
* Experience in preparing proposals and other sales materials to assist in business development activities.
* Knowledge of the Polish energy market and the ability to train and support other team members.
* Fluent in Polish and English.
The successful applicant will have knowledge of and an interest in the dynamics of the Polish energy market. In addition to this, they will have several years of relevant sector experience gained with a consultancy, an asset-management firm, or with an energy market company.

We offer relocation support to Oxford or London, including an exploratory visit, temporary accommodation initially, travel to the UK, shipping, visa, including consideration for accompanying family. For candidates in London, we require people to spend the first few months working in Oxford with regular ongoing travel to Oxford.
