My client is a well-established law firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Clitheroe.
Typical duties include:
1. To effectively handle a busy caseload of a wide range of property transactions including sales and Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold transactions
2. Highly organised and efficient
3. Excellent team work ethos
4. To meet client expectations through timely acknowledgement of and progression of client calls and queries
5. To understand and contribute to the team’s objectives
Salary will be competitive dependent on experience ranging from £-k+ bonus, hybrid working model (2/3) and a host of other staff benefits and schemes.
