Rochdale Borough Council delivers a wide range of services for children and their families. A centralised ICT Data and Monitoring Team is in place to assist teams in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of information around early years and education data using a corporate information management system.
This is an exciting opportunity to join this team to assist the Data Monitoring and Returns Manager in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of data, statistics, and information as required by the DfE, other Partner Agencies, and the local authority in accordance with prescribed deadlines.
There is a part-time 18.5 hours (2.5 days) permanent job share vacancy and a temporary 29.36 hours (4 days) to cover a secondment of the post holder until December 2025. The days to be worked will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidates. The salary will be £24,790 - £25,183 pro-rata per annum.
For RBC staff, approval for secondment for the temporary post should be obtained from your Service Director (or nominated representative) before applying for this post.
Some of the main areas of work will also include support with the accurate inputting of all monitoring of activities within the Rochdale Family Hubs, including the inputting of personal information of registered families alongside the processing of incoming education data from schools on the Corporate Liquid Logic system.
This is an exciting opportunity and would be ideal for someone who is self-motivated and has an enthusiasm for data and statistics and who can demonstrate high levels of accuracy when inputting while working to tight deadlines.
