Job Overview:
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the water treatment sector. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers and Service technicians in the Northern region. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share.
As a successful candidate, you will have extensive knowledge of water treatment and legionella control. You will be comfortable working with sales reps to bring in new business and manage key accounts. Experience managing engineers and technical staff is also highly valued. This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to travel across the UK, and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
* Manage a team of Account Managers and Service technicians in the Northern region
* Work closely with sales reps to identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts
* Lead by example, setting high standards for performance and behavior
Requirements:
* Extensive knowledge of water treatment and legionella control
* Proven sales management experience with a focus on revenue growth
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to travel across the UK
* Experience managing engineers and technical staff
