Responsible for assisting with patient care in the Emergency Services department.
Responsibilities
1. Ensures that supplies in the Emergency Services department are properly stocked.
2. Administer CPR, check blood pressure, temperature or perform phlebotomy and electrocardiograms as needed.
3. Ensure the emergency rooms are neat and orderly at all times.
4. Adjust crutches for patients as necessary.
5. Obtain food order from kitchen.
6. Transport discharged patients via wheelchair to car.
7. Deliver specimens as needed.
8. Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications and Specifications
Vocational/technical training and more than six months job-related experience or equivalent is required. Nursing Assistant Certificate is also required.
