Sales Support Co-ordinator - Basingstoke/Manchester
Location: Basingstoke or Manchester, Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home).
Salary: £28-32k + Benefits (Dependent on Experience).
My client, a leading provider of networking and technology managed services, is looking for an energetic and organised Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team.
The role requires an organised and outgoing personality, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Day-to-day duties include:
1. Create and manage customer documentation.
2. Deal with customer credit checks and add details to Sage/SalesForce.
3. Work with Sales to ensure deal registration details are gathered and inputted.
4. Manage supplier request quotations.
5. Process opportunities from order check through to completion.
6. Manage spreadsheets in Excel (strong Excel skills desired).
Ideally, you will have experience working in a Sales environment and can demonstrate your strong administration skills as well as a “can do” personality.
