We love team collaboration and our colleagues spend 2 days a week in our Newport office, and 3 days working from home! There may also be some occasional travel required to client offices across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing!
As our Lead Project Manager, you'll oversee and guide multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest possible standard, within agreed timelines and budgets. You'll forge strong relationships with clients and internal teams, driving collaboration and clear communication every step of the way.
More Specifically, you'll.....
* Lead, support and mentor our fantastic Project Management team, promoting a high performing culture to encourage high levels of staff motivation and morale.
* Manage project resources effectively, creating a dynamic and well-coordinated team to meet our clients’ needs.
* Work closely with clients to define success and ensure we meet those goals while maintaining our quality standards.
* Keep projects on track concerning time, budget, and quality - because we believe in delivering excellence!
* Facilitate smooth project transitions throughout all phases, using the right tools and tricks to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
* Lead the charge in steering meetings with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a spirit of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
What We're Looking For!
* A Leader of People - someone who can guide, encourage and support our colleagues to achieve their potential
* Experience planning and delivering projects, preferably within the Financial Services, Technology or Infrastructure sectors.
* In an ideal world, you'll have a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration and / or Project Management Qualification e.g. APM, Prince 2 or equivalent. But please don't let this put you off - if you are qualified by experience we'd love to hear from you!
* You’re familiar with agile methodologies, and you know how to pivot when necessary to keep projects moving forward.
* Someone confident in Microsoft Packages, Project and Excel are a must!

* You’re a fantastic communicator who builds rapport effortlessly with clients and teammates alike.
* You tackle challenges with a smile and are adept at conflict resolution, always looking for the best path forward.
* You don’t just follow the status quo; you're keen on finding ways to innovate and improve processes.
