Purpose: Management experience as a Consulting Delivery Director focused on building the strategy, consulting team, and Finance KPIs for deploying IT Services for different customers, with a focus on client experience and the best Delivery practices.
Previous Jobs: COO, Strategy Manager, IT Service Delivery Manager, Global Service Delivery Manager, Operations Manager, VP of IT Services.
Experience and Expertise:
1. IT Industry as Consultant, preferably in software development services, staff augmentation, IT Services, Cloud infrastructure; knowledge of interaction with vendors such as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Infosys, AWS, and others.
2. 5+ years of project management and delivery experience and Professional Services experience.
3. Responsible for the delivery quality of key accounts within Business Units with direct reporting to the Managing Director.
4. Passion for developing and implementing operational standards and processes.
5. Well-developed business acumen and technical aptitude to effectively guide/influence the priorities of various stakeholders while delivering exceptional service to customers.
6. Strong problem-solving, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
7. Contributor to the Business Unit’s strategy, P&L responsibility including annual budget development and monthly income statement analysis.
8. Accountable for control and knowledge over projects' financial status to facilitate business decision-making, focusing on maximizing project's margin and revenue.
9. Responsible for ensuring alignment between delivery and Client’s business goals, ensuring the highest customer success experience, and identifying new business opportunities with strong interaction with the sales force.
10. Service proposals Delivery with a 1:5 win ratio and farming growth in a 5:3 win rate focused on POD continuity-extension in local and regional customers.
11. In charge of planning and control of P&L according to the SOWs and annual forecast.
12. Drive organizational capability by building a highly committed and talented management team.
13. Provide employees with the authority, accountability, training, coaching, and resources to achieve their full potential and successfully drive the company's performance.
Type of Contract: Indefinite term.
Salary: To be agreed upon.
