Job summary We are looking for an efficient and effective Team Lead to join our busy friendly Single Point of Access administration team, which is customer focused and supports the Adult Community Services across Barnet. This is a varied role which requires impeccable organisational skills and excellent verbal and written communication. Our SPA is open 08.00 a.m. - 08.00 p.m. 7 days a week/including Bank Holidays on a shift/rota basis. Main duties of the job You will be responsible for a team, providing leadership to ensure robust referral management, call handling and appointment booking. The role will require you to use your initiative, be a team player and able to handle confidential issues in a professional manner and work to deadlines. The role will enable you to develop management skills which will include capacity planning and problem solving. The post holder should be flexible and motivated to provide a high quality service.
