About the Role
The main purpose of this role is to work within the customer site to support analytical instrument owners with maintaining compliance during the operational life cycle of the system. The role is integral in the delivery of new treatments to patients and provides opportunities to collaborate and succeed.
Role Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate the lifecycle of analytical equipment used in GxP and Non-GxP lab spaces using established procedures.
2. Advise on the purchase and location of new equipment.
3. Draft and execute installation and operational qualification protocols to desired regulations.
4. Complete change control.
5. Ensure equipment use is fit for purpose.
6. Enable responsible decommissioning of units after use.
7. Actively seek opportunities to grow yourself, the business scope, and skill sets.
8. Collaborate with colleagues and customers to make improvements to ways of working.
9. Exhibit the Core Values of PerkinElmer and the customer.
Role Requirements
Qualifications, Experience, Skills:
1. BSc/MSc in a scientific subject or strong organizational and project management skills in a related industry or discipline.
2. Experience in a laboratory would be advantageous.
3. Ability to understand customer requirements as well as clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
4. Ability to motivate self and lead and inspire others.
5. Knowledge of SOP, best practices, and instruction production.
6. Proven organizational experience.
7. Excellent customer service focus and ability to work collaboratively.
8. Problem-solving capabilities and ability to make clear decisions.
9. Enthusiastic, dependable, and with clear attention to detail.
10. Good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the team.
11. Computer literacy and ability to communicate using various platforms.
12. Experience working with health and safety procedures.
