Responsibilities
1. Development and implementation of marketing programmes and campaigns for LATAM & Iberian markets and support to other key markets as required
2. Delivering the campaign plans in the markets working closely with and leveraging the broader marketing team to achieve this including: content, event and digital teams.
3. Work with the PRms team to ensure that the core funds and messages in the region are supported where possible
4. Leverage the central content to get maximum efficiency and scale of the content while seeking to meet local market needs.
5. Ensure the regional websites fully reflect and support the sales messages and focus in line with the marketing plans
6. In line with sales product focus and content plans, manage the email campaigns, to ensure that timely, appropriate and accurately targetedmunications are sent to clients - tracking and reporting their efficacy and using this information to optimise the programme and to help provide sales leads
7. Provide event support and work with the internal event team as appropriate.
8. Ensure that marketing activitiesply with all regulatory requirements and are delivered within budget
9. To ensure that all marketing andpliance processes are strictly adhered to on a day-to-day basis.
Desired Skills / Experience
10. Spanish speaking. The job requires revision of translations (e. g. emails) in Spanish.
11. Additional language (desirable) - Portuguese
12. Experience in marketing within the asset management industry/financial services.
13. An understanding of the audience in Spanish markets as well as wholesale audiences across regions (desirable).
14. Understanding of investment products (desirable).
15. Enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellentmunication skills, able to work effectively with different people and departments.
16. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in order to manage numerous pieces of work at any one time.
17. Able to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
18. Attention to detail.
19. Good skills in terms of technology/ workflow systems usage.
