Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract, full-time Location: London (hybrid-working) Closing Date: 5 January 2025 About the role As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a successful and effective transaction service to the organisation and will oversee on accounts payable and accounts receivable, delivering optimal customer service internationally. You will work with the Head of Treasury and Tax and the Finance Change and Systems Manager on the implementation and delivery of an online payment system internationally and the delivery of an automated accounts payable system. You will also work in collaboration with the senior management team to assist the finance director to deliver effective financial management of the group and be responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely payments to our suppliers and examiner, with the aim of a complete review of our processes across all the markets to make them more transparent, automated, and accurate. Responsible for resolving aged debt issues at Trinity, including reconciliation of unallocated and unidentified payments, in line with the implementation of the online payment process. Lead on the delivery on an accounts payable automated system and an expense management system for our examiners and staff. Responsible for managing the delivery of month end tasks to the month end timetable with a high level of accuracy. Take lead on improved and streamlined processes in collaboration with the Customer Success and International Markets teams within Trinity. Manage team deliverables with an eye on continuous improvement. About you Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA. Computer Skills – Advanced Excel Skills. Computer Skills – SUN and Q&A. Experience of implementing process improvements, coupled with strong team and stakeholder management skills. Extensive experience of system and transaction accounting with good knowledge of foreign exchange impact in international organisations.
