The successful applicant will be joining the team as soon as possible. This is a full-time role that is offering a permanent vacancy for the right person. You will be working as part of a team to provide administrative support within a busy office environment and are able to answer phone calls with queries quickly with a friendly telephone manner. You will be monitoring and tracking student attendance across the school. Some knowledge of school systems is required to be successful in your application, applicants should be familiar with working within a school setting. To join us and be successful in the School Administrator and Attendance officer role, you will need:
* Minimum 6 months administrative experience
* School Admin or Receptionist experience desirable
* School software experience e.g. SIMS
* Enhanced DBS on the up date service
The role:
* Monitoring and tracking student attendance across the school.
* Working closely with parents, staff, and external agencies to address attendance issues.
* Providing advice and guidance to families on the importance of regular attendance and identifying any barriers.
* Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of student absences and maintaining compliance with attendance policies.
