Monitor progress, well-being, and personal development of students with SEND. Foster a nurturing and safe learning environment that promotes confidence and independence. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEND or inclusion settings. A strong understanding of SEN best practices and EHCP implementation. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for inclusive education. Experience working with children with autism, complex needs, or speech & language difficulties is highly desirable.
