Manage existing/new partners, A&E contacts, and end-user interaction in North London regions assigned by Sales Manager and UK&I Country VP. Identify and target business opportunities with new customers. Act as main point of contact between HVE and assigned contacts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintain relationships with existing key clients, visiting customers, A&E customers, and end-users to identify opportunities to upsell and increase sales.
* Identify business opportunities amongst current customers.
* Draw up business proposals and offers for new and existing customers.
* Create sales reports including new and existing projects and work closely with customers to grow and close projects.
* Work towards and continually monitor set KPIs on targets set for key customer accounts.
* Promote training on products and software to ensure customers have correct knowledge to effectively sell solutions to end-users.
* Ensure partners have required product range available to successfully sell solutions.
* Keep up to date with market trends.
* Achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix.
* Work closely with Marketing team to entice existing customers and encourage new customers by organising activities and events.
* Attend UK&I trade shows and events.
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned by Sales Manager and Country VP.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in similar role within Security industry.
* Strong knowledge of market, main channels, and potential customers.
* Experience selling to Distributors and System Integrators in region.
* Proven sales and achievement record.
* Understanding of new technologies.
* Business or Technical Degree Level Education (desirable).
* Intermediate and Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
* Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with internal Company Directors/colleagues and key clients.
* Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement.
* Ability to demonstrate motivation of multidisciplinary teams to achieve targets.
* Logical and well-organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* Displays pro-active approach and is a solution finder.
* Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
* Ability to communicate on all levels in clear and concise manner.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Process-oriented.
* Clean Driving License.
