We are offering the opportunity to work within the theatre/ recovery and pre operative assessment leadership team at an exciting time within UHD. We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to lead and develop a service and workforce to drive forward initiatives to enhance standards and transform practice. There will be a requirement to work across all UHD sites when cross cover is required. This role requires an an active UK NMC Registration or HCPC, 1st Level Registered nurse/Midwife /AHP on relevant part of the Register., To provide clinical and professional leadership to assigned clinical wards and departments and specialist nursing/midwifery teams ensuring that action is taken at all levels to empower nurses/midwives/AHP's to provide high standards of care in a safe environment. The right candidate will be given opportunities to lead on areas such as:
