We are proud to be supporting a Private Healthcare Organisation with their recruitment for a Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Health Services and make a difference. You will be supporting your colleagues and the organisation by sourcing candidates for 80 new Member Services Advisors. You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the CV’s and applications, and screening video interviews before sending your rmendations to the Assessor who will then carry out the official interview with the candidates. You will also be responsible for supporting with the onboarding process when needed. This is a full-time position and offers hybrid working, you will be based in the office 2 days per week in Salford Quays, however for your first week, you will be fully in office to ensure you are supported and up to speed.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience within a similar recruitment or resource role, have had experience with volume recruitment and be target and KPI driven. You should also be able to demonstrate empathy, work effectively and in a timely manner, and be able to take ownership over your own workload.This role will be due to start ASAP, which before starting you will need to pass your reference andpliance checks, upon registration please have your 2 most recent employment details available for reference checks. This role also requires a Basic DBS check, which hays will put into process for you.

As mentioned above, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement and is based in Manchester. This role is a temporary position for 3 months, and you will be offered a day rate which is currently under discussion.
