My client is a well-established Land Consultancy Practice with a strong and growing pipeline of opportunities across the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Land Manager — someone they can teach, mould, and develop to support the wider land team in sourcing and acquiring development opportunities. Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying and appraising potential land opportunities for residential and/or commercial development Carry out initial site assessments, including reviewing planning history, constraints, and access considerations Support the preparation of viability reports and financial appraisals Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and key stakeholders Assist with negotiations and the progression of land deals, including option and promotion agreements Liaise with internal teams – planning, legal, and technical – to help progress acquisitions Maintain an accurate and up-to-date land pipeline and lead tracker Attend site visits, meetings, and relevant property industry events as required Key Skills & Experience Ideally degree-qualified (or working towards) in Real Estate, Land & Property, Planning, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commercially aware with a basic understanding of the development process Organised, proactive, and eager to learn from an experienced team Full UK driving licence essential What’s on Offer A rare opportunity to join a respected land consultancy with an excellent reputation in the industry Supportive working environment with hands-on mentoring and clear career progression Exposure to a wide variety of land and planning matters Competitive salary and benefits package
