* Strong stakeholder management skills are required, as you will need to build working relationships across the business and with third parties, demonstrating influencing and negotiating skills.
Responsibilities:
* I will assign you as the Project Management Office lead on specific projects or programmes, supporting change initiatives in the demand pipeline.
* You will be responsible for analyzing and producing management information and reports for senior management to aid in the successful delivery of our portfolio of change.
* I expect you to identify and implement continuous improvements to project management governance documentation and processes.
* You will ensure that project and portfolio governance standards and policies are adhered to, recommending and taking remedial action in collaboration with project managers. This includes conducting health check reviews and providing feedback to projects and governance committees.
* Supporting benefits management is crucial, ensuring that all projects articulate their benefits with targets for realization, and this should be reviewed throughout the project lifecycle, engaging with the Benefits Manager for alignment.
* You'll arrange and facilitate key project workshops across the project lifecycle, including RAID reviews and lessons learned workshops.
* Advising on the maintenance and planning of resources required to deliver projects and programmes in the change portfolio is part of your role, ensuring effective use of staff.
* Additionally, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement across technology, processes, and people, including your own personal and professional development.
