Key Responsibilities
:
* Assist solicitors in managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.
* Deals with licenses to assign, alter and underlet.
* Conduct legal research and prepare reports on relevant property law issues.
* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and other property-related agreements.
* Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to gather information and provide updates on progress.
* Support the team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
* Attend client meetings and assist in the preparation of necessary documentation.
* Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations relevant to the practice area.
Qualifications :
* A Law degree or equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience in a legal environment, ideally in commercial property, is preferred but not essential.
* Strong research and analytical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
