We are looking for experienced hospitality recruitment consultants or candidates from within the industry who have a passion for recruiting and placing candidates into the right roles.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with various compliance requirements and have good knowledge of IT packages.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the desk on a daily basis, speaking to candidates and clients to fulfill their requirements
* Resourcing candidates using existing job boards and social media
* Developing new business and maintaining existing accounts
* Sales activity, making cold and warm sales calls to prospective clients
* Meeting KPIs and financial targets
* Some admin and compliance duties
Requirements include:
* Clear communication skills
* Ability to work well with others and on your own initiative
* Good knowledge of IT packages
