At McCarthy Stone, we are looking for a motivated and strategic Sales Manager to lead our multi-site sales operations across Hampshire and West Sussex. In this role, you will shape and implement our sales strategy, drive performance, and foster collaboration across the business to deliver outstanding results.
We are seeking someone with a proven track record of leading and inspiring sales teams to exceed targets. Your experience in a sales leadership role, ideally across multiple sites, will showcase your strong commercial and financial acumen.
You will have the ability to translate business strategy into impactful sales delivery while leading teams through change and growth with empathy and emotional intelligence. A results-driven mindset and an innovative approach will enable you to identify and roll out new initiatives that enhance sales, efficiency, and consistency.
As a credible and influential communicator, you will engage and collaborate effectively across all parts of the organisation. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, will support your ability to drive sales performance through data-driven decision-making. Additionally, your expertise in property sales, lead development, and customer engagement will be key to achieving success in this role.

What You Will Do:
In this role, you will play a key part in achieving commercial targets, ensuring full development occupancy, and shaping vibrant retirement communities.
* Drive Sales Performance – Set, monitor, and measure KPIs to achieve strategic business objectives.
* Lead & Develop Teams – Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
* Optimise Sales Processes – Ensure best practices, tools, and efficiency in all sales operations.
* Cross-Department Collaboration – Work with Marketing, Construction, and Development teams for seamless handovers and site presentations.
* Sales & Pricing Strategy – Manage sales releases, off-plan sales, and pricing strategies.
* Event & Campaign Management – Plan sales events and drive marketing, PR, and social media initiatives.
* Ensure Compliance & Growth – Maintain regulatory adherence while continuously developing your team and yourself.
