We are looking for a Senior Quality Officer to join our Quality Team in Shawbury. If you are passionate about maintaining robust quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring regulatory excellence, this role offers you an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain Quality Systems: Operate and sustain quality systems (GMP, ISO 17025) to ensure compliance and exceed client expectations.
* Support Leadership: Collaborate with the Director of Quality to implement strategic policies and objectives.
* Drive Excellence: Conduct internal audits, ensure adherence to standards, and provide quality assurance reviews for GMP projects.
* Champion Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives, implement innovative systems, and manage CAPA processes.
* Regulatory Oversight: Support regulatory projects to maintain alignment with industry standards and guidelines.
* Safety First: Uphold health and safety compliance across all responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For: Qualifications & Experience
* Essential:
o A Levels or equivalent, with solid training in quality systems and audits.
o Hands-on experience in GMP or similar quality systems, ideally within medical or related industries.
o Strong knowledge of ISO 17025 with proven auditing expertise.
* Desirable:
o Graduate qualification in a technical field or CQI Certificate/Diploma in Quality.
o Lead Auditor Certification.
o Experience with ISO 9001 and continuous improvement activities.
