Long Term Futures is seeking a patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Rowley Regis. This rewarding role involves supporting KS1 students with additional needs, including ASD and ADHD, both inside and outside the classroom. You will help lower-ability students access the curriculum and develop key learning skills. Your Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for KS1 pupils with SEN. Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of children with ASD and ADHD. Assist with classroom engagement, promoting focus and participation. Implement strategies to support behaviour management and emotional regulation. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans.What We're Looking For: Previous experience working with SEN children, particularly those with ASD and ADHD, in school settings.
