Role requirements
1. Provides advice to the Interim Director of Youth Services on partnerships and engagement strategies.
2. Leads and project manages a sustained focus on priority outcomes for Youth Services whilst identifying and tackling inequalities.
3. Accountable and responsible for developing and delivering business intelligence, performance and improvement for Youth Services.
4. Leads the development of innovative solutions to complex problems using creative and collaborative approaches that bring together internal and external stakeholders to influence and shape strategy and policy.
5. Leads the development of an extensive network of key influencers inside and outside the organisation to support the development of the Youth Service.
6. Works with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy.
7. Ensures the production and analysis of key management information and clearly and concisely presents and communicates this to internal and external stakeholders.
8. Devises and manages a regular project reporting mechanism for relevant business leaders.
9. Tracks and monitors progress and escalates business risks where appropriate.
Key attributes
1. Evidence of significant expertise and experience in delivering performance-related and high-quality intelligence and analysis.
2. Proven demonstrable evidence of using well-developed management skills within a context of complexity and ambiguity to influence priority outcomes.
3. Highly developed technical skills and abilities in analysis and interpretation that lead to the development of service strategic direction setting.
4. Proven project management experience.
