Here’s the facts about the role:
As an Anti-Social Behaviour Team Leader, you’ll line manage up to 10 anti-social behaviour officers who deliver a comprehensive cross tenure tenancy enforcement service to our customers, enforcing terms of their tenancy agreement. This includes anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases and investigating potential tenancy fraud cases, as well as taking income cases to court and applying for ‘no access’ gas injunctions.
As part of your management responsibility, you’ll recruit, supervise, support, develop, and motivate your team. This will help them to deliver a ‘right first time’ service, focusing on the customers’ experience. You’ll carry out regular one-to-one’s and employee performance reviews, identifying areas of training or development needs and ensuring that plans are put in place when needed.
You’ll have experience in a housing-related management role with knowledge and application of good procedures and practices relating to anti-social behaviour. You’ll have proven in-depth experience in managing tenancy enforcement cases through the court process and a sound understanding of the social housing environment, including regulation and emerging government policy.
Due to the nature of this role, you’ll need to be able to travel. You’ll need a full current driving licence with access to a vehicle. This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check which will be carried out upon successful appointment.
First stage interviews will take place on 15 April. #J-18808-Ljbffr
