IPG-X is a rapidly growing business within the IPG network. IPG-X works under a new open architecture operating model that connects communications specialisms from across the entire IPG group to create bespoke solutions for brands and their consumers. Requirements
As Client Lead you’ll…
* Have a background in recognised integrated agencies, working on high profile accounts.
* Bring brilliant integrated marketing experience, with an ability to shape campaigns that work across all touchpoints, particularly with a passion for using the latest digital thinking to develop hyper-personalised campaigns.
* Be someone clients instantly warm to, with an ability to quickly establish rapport, trust and collaborative relationships.
* Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team (& wider agency teams) to deliver better and more effective work.
* Build strong relationships internally & externally, founded on trust, honesty and a desire to make clients famous within their markets.
* Own the day-to-day, ensuring the smooth & profitable running of accounts and projects.
* Have a curious mindset that’s always looking for ways to improve what we’re doing and to seek opportunities to expand the remit of activity with clients, with a holistic view across all marketing channels.
* Take a partnership approach to developing mutually profitable, long-term client relationships.
* Demonstrate a good strategic capability with the ability to interrogate opportunities and present thinking with clarity.
* Know how to take a brief, shape it with our planning team & ensure that the creative team nails the execution.
* Have experience in Financial Services.
