Compass Associates is excited to be working with a prominent UK retail pharmacy chain to recruit a Pharmacy Practice Manager for their Ellesmere Port team. This role is open to individuals from a variety of professional backgrounds, including those with experience in primary care, secondary care, or even newly qualified professionals. About the Role
In this role, you will:
1. Deliver pharmacy services to a diverse range of customers.
2. Provide expert advice and medication guidance to patients.
3. Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
4. Lead and support a team to maintain high standards of care.
5. Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy.
6. Drive business growth and achieve KPIs.
Requirements
1. Qualified Pharmacist with a valid GPhC registration.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
4. Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
