* Designing and managing quality control plans, incorporating inspections, audits, and testing to ensure regulatory and specification compliance.
* Leading the Management of Change process by implementing structured strategies, aligning stakeholders, and facilitating smooth communication to support organisational goals.
* Creating and implementing risk mitigation strategies, collaborating with engineering, procurement, and hub teams to effectively minimise risks.
* Acting as the primary contact for regulatory bodies and certification authorities, ensuring compliance and preparing all required documentation.
* Producing quality and risk management reports for senior management, providing insights on risk exposure, mitigation progress, and quality performance metrics.
To succeed in the role, you:
* Have strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
* Have technical understanding of wind turbine systems, electrical and mechanical components, and offshore operations.
* Have proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
* Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
* Have knowledge of offshore wind farm regulations, health and safety standards/regulations, and environmental compliance.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
