Description Overseeing administrative procedures and processes within the education industry. Managing office staff and ensuring smooth operation of the office environment. Organising meetings, managing diaries, and maintaining the office calendar. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment. Supporting the preparation of budgets and financial reports. Acting as a point of contact for staff, students, and other stakeholders. Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient communication and work flow. Implementing and monitoring office policies and procedures. Profile Office Manager able to start Immediately A strong background in office management or a related field. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in the not-for-profit or educational sector is desirable.
