Accountabilities & Responsibilities Ensure we start, implement and optimise transformations well Drive the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale programmes or projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget Run key workstreams successfully, fostering teamwork and effective ways of working Communicate the vision and progress by using strong storytelling skills to engage stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing direction and motivation to ensure successful execution Create and maintain roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key priorities Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution Proactively gather and make sense of a vast amount of information from a wide range of sources, and provide clear insights and storytelling to support decision making Establish and supervise critical measures to track the project’s success and report progress to leadership Drive continuous improvement by bringing together lessons learned and implementing best practices Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and quality standards throughout the programme lifecycle Comfortable leading teams and providing hands-on execution Skills & Capabilities Experienced in a Senior Project Manager role preferably within Consumer, Retail, Tech, Gaming or eCommerce industries. Strong expertise in project management methodologies. Skilled in turning sophisticated project updates into clear, engaging narratives and insight that resonate with leaders and teams Excellent engagement and influencing skills at all organisational levels, you collaborate with. Comfortable navigating a global organisation and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to coordinate multiple capabilities, manage workstreams simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment Strategic and commercial savvy including financial and budget management experience Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and problem solving skills Strong communication and delivery capabilities in transformation Experience with strategy and business change management Qualifications & Experience Proven experience within project delivery roles. PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or equivalent project management certification. Experience working in a highly regulated environment. Familiarity with digital transformation or technology enabled projects. Consulting experience is a plus. Team management.
