Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? We're looking for customer-focused people who are passionate about building relationships and helping others. This role will give you the opportunity to deal with a range of different customers, with different queries. This is a very dynamic role, and no two days are quite the same.
You must be available to start with us Monday 24th February 2025 and no leave can be taken in the first 6 weeks, whilst you’re training. The role is not available outside the UK, you must be located within 1 hour's commute of Bristol and you must have a reliable Internet/Wi-Fi connection.
* We’re offering Monday – Friday (That’s right, no weekends!) working on a rota basis, between the hours of 8 AM – 5:45 PM. You will be required to work some bank holidays (this will be on a rota’d basis).
* A salary starting at £23,985 & the potential to earn more with our development tier framework + monthly performance-related bonus after probation completion.
Training
* You will be required onsite for the first 6 weeks during your training. After completion of training, you will be required to continue attending the office full time until you have successfully completed your probationary period, then will revert to hybrid (3 days a week in office minimum).
* Training hours for the 6 weeks will be 09:00 AM – 17:00 PM. You must be available to work these hours.

The Customer Service Representative role is all about helping customers, with a focus on quality.
