IT Support Analyst (2nd/3rd Line) x 3 - New! (REFGJ9)
Due to periods of growth and expansion, a leading organisation is recruiting now. My client is looking for talented 2nd Line/3rd Line IT Support Analysts to join their amazing team and provide outstanding support to their customers.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in 2nd/3rd line support
* Knowledge of virtualisation software and cloud services such as Azure and AWS
* Good troubleshooting/problem solving skills
* Network & Firewall knowledge and troubleshooting
* Windows server administration
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive maintenance of client networks
* Managing new workstation builds and user setups.
* Engaging in technical projects, including meeting clients and delivering onsite time with the team
* Working with the team to implement policy and procedure
* Helping train and develop junior team members
