Team Administrative Assistant
up to £47,000 + bonus + generous benefits - 1 day WFH

We are recruiting a motivated and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic international finance team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a cooperative and easy-to-work-with attitude.
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in finance (2 years +) to provide first-class administrative and secretarial support to this dynamic and inspiring team.
Key skills:
* IT literate (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
* Able to prioritise and complete tasks autonomously
* Able to work to tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Accuracy and attention to detail
Key responsibilities:
* Meet and greet visitors
* Diary management: able to manage several busy diaries across multiple time zones
* Meeting scheduling
* Travel coordination
* Expense reports
* CRM tool management
* Meeting and events organisation
Working hours: 9am-5pm, 1 day WFH + generous bonus + medical + life insurance + good pension + other benefits
