Senior Financial Services Administrator - £26,000 - £30,000 DOE Location: Be based out of either of the following offices - Canford Cliffs / Sherborne An interesting opportunity has arisen to work with one of the leading wealth management organisations within the UK. This varied and challenging role within the team will give someone the opportunity to work closely with the Paraplanners and Advisors and be involved with clients' financial planning. Some Key Duties to include: Submitting business applications Deal with technical/complex queries Annual review letters Process Withdrawals/Fund switches Accurately record client data and prepare client files Prepare illustrations and supporting documentation Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties Work with practice colleagues to ensure application and provider forms are prepared as required and clients are updated throughout the process Key Skills/Experience: Previous experience of having worked in a similar role/financial services firm Relevant business support experience Experience of managing client/customer databases Experience of Microsoft Office - Word / Excel / Outlook Confident and professional with clients and advisors Able to manage own workloads and case ownership This is a super opportunity for someone looking to develop their financial career.
