Major Projects Coordinator Our Role As a Major Projects Coordinator, you will support both the Operations Support Manager and the Operations Team, providing support to ensure that the companys work is effectively programmed meeting our clients SLAs and customers expectations. Key Responsibilities We are looking for someone to: Schedule of work in accordance with SLA and permits Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated Liaise with Supervisors and sub-contract teams to ensure programmes are delivered ensuring that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner Identify street works issues and apply early intervention Escalate street works compliance issues where appropriate Liaise with local authoritys and client representatives Coordinate with other 3rd parties e.g. Parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions, road closures etc Provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change Experience: NRSWA background, particularly with raising/managing permit applications Ability to travel essential. Attend site meetings with Network Plus Operations, Client & Highway Authorities. Attend kick off meetings with Network Plus Operations, Client & Highway Authorities. Attend regular progress meetings with Network Plus Operations, Client & Highway Authorities. Support the Client with Highway Authority Co-Ordination meetings. Raise permit application requests to be submitted to the Client in line with legislation and site meeting agreements. Manage permit applications from request to completion, including any potential cost of failure and invoices.
