Business Support Assistant (Maternity Cover 12mth FTC) (Norwich)

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a maternity cover within our busy Business Support team at our Norwich office. The role is initially for 12 months, however continued business growth could lead to a permanent position. This role is to provide efficient administrative services as part of the daily operations of the business.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Sorting, filing, and delivering post.
* Managing diaries and calendars.
* Answering phones and directing client queries.
* Greeting clients on arrival when required.
* Provide support for a wide range of meetings.
* Delivering excellent customer service to clients and team members alike as the central hub for all general enquiries and business support at the Firm.
* Supporting other members of the Business Support team as required.
* Supporting the team and Firm in other relevant administrative tasks as and when required.
* Managing client database while handling confidential client data correctly and securely.
* Collating Anti Money Laundering (AML) information.
* Ensuring correct and careful filing of ID for AML purposes.
* Creating and maintaining new client records.
* Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks related to the management of client accounts.
* Maintaining internal control spreadsheets.
* Assisting with the administration of various reports.
* Assisting with/progressing Tax Investigation Service claims.
* Assisting with the administration of large mailings.
* Drafting, editing, and sending formal letters by both post and email and OneClick.
* Amending and approving letters in the CCH document inbox.
* Sending bills to clients.
* Processing card payments from clients.
* Assisting various Partners of the Firm on an adhoc basis.
The Candidate:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent I.T skills.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Competent individual who is able to work on their own initiative with an approachable demeanour and positive attitude.
* Although not essential, proven experience within professional services would be desirable.
