Store Manager Full Time We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Store Manager to join a fast-growing company specialising in retail. This key role requires expertise in shop management, team development and performance management to ensure an exceptional customer experience. As manager of our store you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service with a personal touch, within a high quality, designer fashion label setting. Store Management experience is a minimum requirement and proven experience in a high-end customer service is essential. Responsibilities include: • Day to day store management • Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times • Ensuring all paperwork, policies and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately • Manage and motivate the performance of the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded • Recruit, train and ensure the seamless integration of new employees • Drive and deliver KPI’s • To be familiar with the collection, control and manage deliveries and stock to maximise sales • Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock and promotions in line with Head Office directives • Manage stock loss and complete inventories Skills & Requirements: All candidates must be confident with managing & motivating a team, show a strong level of customer service, be driven towards targets, self-motivated and able to work to high standards while managing time efficiently.
