We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Control Room Operator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a part-time basis, contracted to 24 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Manage customer calls (Internal and external customers) and ensuring that issues are resolved in a prompt/efficient manner.
2. Logging all transactions on our CAFM system (Computer Aided Facility Management System) including new calls, updates, chasing contractors for updates, etc.
3. Ensuring that gaps in resource within onsite operations are identified and resourced using internal and external parties.
4. Ensuring that security related issues are managed and dealt with in line with company policies to the highest standards.
5. Respond to requests for assistance and managing high risk situations to resolution.
6. Report writing on major issues ready for circulation to the wider business.
7. Ensuring Health and Safety issues are managed and escalated accordingly.
8. Ensuring Facility Issues are managed and escalated accordingly.
9. Any other business to ensure that the highest standards are maintained with our customers/work colleagues.
