If you like what you hear, then we’d love you to apply We are looking for a Billing Analyst to be responsible for producing and issuing accurate cyclical invoices to our clients in line with contractual agreements and resolve first line enquires. The role will contribute to the maintenance and continuous development of invoicing systems (mainly excel and some exposure to VBA) to ensure alignment to changes in the billing data and client relationships. You will be accountable for: Producing and issuing timely invoices and reconciliation to all our clients in line with team SLA’s Maintain records to ensure invoices are backed up and the detail is readily available in the event of challenge by clients. Taking a proactive approach in process improvement and implementation in the Billing team. Run the weekly special invoice process to support earlier submission of invoicing across affected clients. Setting up new clients accurately in accordance with contractual requirements. Distribute contractual charges in-line with client contractual obligations. Apply rate changes and adjustments in-line with client contracts. Work with Client Managers to provide evidence and justification on billing and invoices to resolve client queries. Investigate and resolve any period end variances in the billing portfolio. Post international billing documents. To be successful in this role you will require the following… Degree or accreditation in Finance or Maths or similar. Advanced knowledge and experience with SharePoint is essential for this role. Previous experience within a commercial finance role is ideal. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including comprehensive knowledge of formulas and data manipulation (sumif, vlookup, pivot tables, etc). Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience of creating and implementing process improvements in a finance accounting environment. Experience of using Open Accounts software is advantageous. Why Work Here?
