Our client is a fast growing, innovative UK distributor across multiple food & drink categories. Offering a mix of trademarked, licensed and own label brands, across Discounters, Multiples, Foodservice, Cash and Carry & Wholesale. they are looking for a Business Development Manager who has a real hunger to develop both existing and new business. In addition to enquiries directed at the business, you’ll also source and generate leads, helping to build a strong pipeline of potential customers across convenience, wholesale and cash & carry channels. From research and introductory contact to email campaigns and social media outreach, you’ll engage new clients and spark interest in our manufacturing solutions. You'll be relationships with brand owners to be able to offer tailored solutions that showcase manufacturing capabilities. Working cross-functionally with the Sales, Technical, and Operations Teams, you’ll contribute to strategies that drive results. You’ll stay informed about industry trends and market insights, always looking for new opportunities. The position would suit an experience sales professional from the food / drinks space that is looking to join a growing business.
