About the role
Our support living services in Finglassie are currently recruiting a Locality Manager to support staff and service delivery for individuals who have complex support needs. This is a full time (37 hours per week), permanent role working Monday - Friday with additional on-call rotational responsibilities.

About the service
We support 8 adults with learning and physical disabilities who have complex health and communication needs 24 hours a day in their own home of multiple occupants.
We are looking for you to become a leader of our team, ensuring effective communication, health and wellbeing and achieving aspirations is at the forefront of all that we do. This is a role where you can really make a difference. Each person supported is unique and we work in partnership with them, their friends and families and associated health and social work professionals to continuously review and develop service delivery to ensure we are getting it right.
You will work alongside the Registered Manager and support a staff team that has 2 Supervisors and a number of Support Practitioners. You will deputise for the registered manager in their absence.
A regular presence in services is essential to support and develop the staff team and ensure that each individual is being supported to meet their achievements and have opportunities and experiences to learn and have fun.
What you will need to succeed
* SVQ 3 or 4 and PDA in Leadership and Management
* An ability to build and develop positive, long-lasting relationships with the people that we support and their staff
* Experience of managing a team of social care professionals
* Passionate about delivering a high standards of quality care
* Evidenced ability to work in line with organisational policies and procedures
* Good time management
* Flexibility in your approach
