We are assisting our client, a national top 100 UK law firm, in their search for an Employment lawyer for their Birmingham office.
This role, working with a small team as part of a wider national practice, will offer an exciting mix of contentious and non-contentious respondent focussed matters largely within the education & charities sector.
Role:
* Generalist Employment role advising on Discrimination, Whistleblowing, TUPE & Contracts.
* Exposure to contentious work, namely defending often complex Employment Tribunals.
* Undertaking business development to win new business and add to your caseload.
Requirements:
* A 1PQE+ solicitor is ideal, although NQ solicitors who have undertaken a seat in Employment are encouraged to apply.
* Experience in their key sectors, namely education and charities, would be an advantage.
* Ability to travel to their Birmingham office 3 days per week.
