Hours: full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: permanent
Location: The Courtyard Centre for the Arts, Edgar Street, Hereford, HR4 9JR
Closing Date: Tuesday, 28 January at 12 noon
A key responsibility of the role is leading on The Courtyard's digital strategy, creating innovative and effective digital content, as well as managing the internal marketing plans for Courtyard Food & Drink, Courtyard Shop and Fundraising.
Working together as a team, this post will help to contribute to the ongoing Marketing and Communications Strategy, Audience Development Strategy, Branding Guidelines and marketing planning process.
Job Requirements
Experience of working within a marketing environment
Experience of working in the arts sector
Experience of managing and maintaining websites (WordPress or similar)
Experience of using social media in a business capacity including managing Meta Business Suite
Experience with Design Software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign etc.)
Experience of devising and implementing marketing campaigns
Experience working within budgetary limits and to tight deadlines
Experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools
Experience of Customer Relationship Management systems
Good organisation skills
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
Knowledge of the arts sector
Knowledge and understanding of marketing research, planning, analysis & reporting
Knowledge and interest in the latest digital marketing developments
Ability to write engaging marketing copy for a variety of channels
Keyboard/Computer skills, especially Microsoft package
