Job summary Due to a recent promotion the Wellbeing & Emotional Support Teams (WEST) is seeking an operational lead to lead one of our South Worcestershire teams. Our service provides evidenced based early interventions for CYP ages 5 - 18 experiencing mental health problems in Herefordshire & Worcestershire. Core to this role is the monitoring of quality and performance via line management supervision. We are set up for virtual working, but days in localities will be expected.
